Kimberly Farah is an educator, producer, director, author of Embracing the Dream, co-founder and executive producer of Standing O Productions™, co-creator of the Embracing the Dream™ Series and the Founder and President of Moves, Inc.
For over two decades, Ms. Farah’s commitment to performing arts education has awarded her the Outstanding

for the Governor’s Awards for the Arts, and was recognized by the United States Department of
Education and Justice as having “one of the top youth groups in the nation working to improve the health of our
nation.”

the “business” of being a performing artist.
Embracing the Dream is Ms. Farah’s first foray into books which has won her raves among the performing arts
education community. She looks forward to the premiere of the 2005 Embracing the Dream™ Five-Day Conference in Chicago and to meeting and working with the abundance of dedicated dance
educators and students this new experience will bring.

Trish Humenansky-Laub spent nearly two decades doing project planning, system development, and
research for a major corporation before returning to the dance world that she
loved as a child and shifting her focus towards wellness education.
She has served as Managing Director of Moves Dance Studio, Marketing/Communications Director
for Excel Dance Productions, and co-founder of the Orchesis Dance Troupe in her
community and currently serves on the advisory board. Trish has also served as
a Fitness/Wellness Instructor for Central DuPage Hospital's Community Education
Department.
Trish’s success lies in her extensive study of kinesiology, anatomy, Yoga, Floor
Barre, Pilates, breathing techniques and proper body alignment. She is also a
Certified Instructor of the NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) Technique.
Her experiences and gift for teaching are always reflected in her classes and
workshops helping her students to reach their full potential as performing
artists.
It is as the result of raising a dancer, and having to chart her own path in
parenting and creating a dancer, that Trish became passionate about sharing
that experience and knowledge with others. By combining her many talents and
introducing the Embracing the Dream™ series to not only students, but also teachers and parents, it is Trish's
mission to make a difference for the next generation of dancers.
Trish is co-founder and executive director of Standing O Productions™, co-creator of the Embracing the Dream™ Series, author of “The Next Step...bringing dancers to the next stage” and “Maximizing Your Results...reaching your full potential and increasing your
longevity as a dancer,” and creator of the MAXOUT™ workshop series.
